The UK’s most reliable mobile broadband service is France Telecom’s Orange, according to a study by YouGov, which polled 4,944 adults online, of which 2,037 used mobile broadband by means of a dongle, modem stick or data card. Orange subscribers in the study numbered 187.
Orange was first in nine of the 15 categories, including upload speed, ease of use, getting connected, staying connected and reliability (day and evening).
"Retaining our position as the top mobile broadband provider in the UK is a great accomplishment which we’re really proud of," said Asif Aziz, Orange UK director of broadband and home.
