Thumplay has signed 20 new content partners up for its cloud-based music application, reaching a total of 8 million tracks from 25,000 labels and 75,000 artists without labels. Thumbplay already has license deals with the four major labels, and its service runs $9.99 per month. It’s currently in an invite-only beta. Thumbplay Music works on BlackBerry mobiles and PCs, though a full launch is expected by the end of this quarter on the Android and iPhone platforms. |
